The kitchen is the showpiece and hub of the home in this portfolio in Lexington Estates, outfitted with 3 cm Shadow Storm marble countertops using a standard edge and polished finish. The breathtaking metal finish backsplash adds depth and texture to the space. Fitting in seamlessly with the design are the undermount stainless steel sink and matte single-hole faucet.
The kitchen implements a popular new trend of two-tone cabinets, keeping the monochromatic coloration with two greys. The space is balanced with oversized, reclaimed ceiling beams and wide-plank wood flooring.
The master bath is another outstanding example of design, materials, and craftsmanship. The same 3 cm Shadow Storm marble countertops, as seen in the kitchen, are implemented in the master bath. Clean lines, produced by the undermount ceramic sinks and matte finished fixtures, are evoked with the oversized 12”x24” floor tile. The stacked stone accent wall behind the tub adds a pop of texture and complexity to the master bath.
In the two additional bathrooms (one not seen in the portfolio), the 2 cm Blanco Imperial countertops are introduced. The oversized floor tile is complemented with a horizontally positioned 12”x24” tile on the shower walls. Undermount ceramic sinks and matte silver fixtures complete the space.
The use of 3 cm Black Forest granite countertops in a leathered finish in the powder room and the outdoor kitchen (not featured in the portfolio photos) offer up additional whimsy to design of the home while still staying on trend with the monochrome, modern styling and coloration.
